Health Service Support
Henge recognises that from time to time health services have short term operational needs that exceed normal internal resourcing capacity. Henge is geared to provide high quality support to services in a range of areas such as brokerage of nursing services, assistance with meeting accreditation standards and 1:1 orientation and training.
Examples of the range of service enhancement projects to date include care planning (aged care residential setting), development of a policy manual (remote health service), co-ordination of home visiting services (community care), training needs analysis (multi-site health service) and facilitations of workshop (government agencies).
As Henge employs skilled personnel and has access to a network of specialists we are able to match the operational need with an appropriately skilled project officer and deliver timely, quality outcomes throughout Australia.
Partnering with other training organisations
Henge invigalates examinations for universities who have students in Alice Springs or Darwin and provides on site tutoring or clinical facilitation for their students. Henge has MOU's in place with other training organisations.
